Quick Link is opening in New Window

Hi All:

Hope someone will be able to guide me on what I might be doing wrong. We are on Portal 7.4.

I have created a quick link to navigate from one tab to another. It is working fine, but it opens in new window. We want it to open in Portal Content area of the same window. I have the 'Launch in New Window' property set to 'Display in Portal Content Area', but it's still opening in new window.

Hi All:

In case someone else is having the same issue, I resolved it using absolute navigation instead of Quick Link.

Using following URL will open it in same window.

/irj/portal?NavigationTarget=pcd:<Location of your iView or Page in your Role>&NavMode=3
