Unable to open R/3 order in CRM document flow

Folks,

When I try opening the replicated R/3 order from the CRM document flow I get the following error. Any ideas why this is happening?

"BUS2032 with Key 5000533 is not availabe in System XXX client XXX"

Here BUS2032 is the document type and 5000533 is the order number.

Go to SPRO\SAP Web Application Server\SAP Web Application Server\Application link Enabling (ALE)\Sending and Receiving Systems\Systems in Network\Synchronous Processing\Define RFC Destinations for method calls

check if you have an entry for your R/3 system for the BAPI calls. if not add one.

Hi Faz,

Make sure the document type of R/3 is present in CRM also. Ex: if you are using document type "ZOR" in CRM make sure with same name it is present in R/3.

In T-code [R3AC6] for parameter R3A_SALES, Parameter name : order type maintain the doucment type as paramname2 and x as paramval.
