SAP Infrastructure , And HANA

Hi,

Is there any SAP documents that give me a good overview of SAP infrastructure that anyone know of? I am from a Project Management background and just need overviews. Also, what are the different methods data can be moved from ECC6 to SAP Hana, is it possible to use LSMW? is BDC a good option or SLT? Are there other methods which are better?
