Hello,
I'm not sure how to use the fields "Sales Order" and "Sales Order Item" in the ticket in C4C. These fields are available in the ticket - overview - additional information and are not editable.
If I'm in the editing mode I cannot maintain these fields., although I can see through the adaption mode that these fields aren't read-only...don't know why?
I would like to explore how I perhaps can use these fields for ERP integration.
