WinGui & WebGui

Can anyone let me know why WinGui and WebGui are used. I am aware that for WinGui, sapLogon.exe must be available at the client. In what scenarios would each prove to be useful ? How about the presentation in each case. Would they look alike ?

    Hi Murali,

(Wingui)Scene 1: if a employee is trying to access a ITS based ESS service, he is not required to execute the service via internet as SAP gui is already installed in his machine.

(Webgui)Scene 2: if the employee is out of station and wants to access this service via internet, so in this case the above service can be integrated into a Webgui iView.

The presentation (look n feel)of both the screens would

    be similar.
