Hi Experts,
I had worked on CRM 4.0 and IPC. Current project requirement is IPC on CRM 5.0.
Anyone has worked on the same, please guide me how to setup Eclips with IPC patch so that It can work as development site.
Also if one can share the changes in 4.0 and 5.0 and experience of working on 5.0
Thanks and Regards
Deven
Haven't worked on 5.0. But can tell you that the major change is, for each routine number, you have to maintain seperate class in userexit. Also, just coding & implementing userexit is not sufficient. You have to maintain some entries in CRM Online to let the system know that this new routine is in place.
There is good documentation available on this new approach which I've sent to you.
Hope it helps.
Regards,
Kaushal

Best thing to do is to look at OSS Note 809820. There is an very interesting zip and pdf file attached to this note, a must read!
