Cannot launch Finance Fiori Apps due to plugin error

Hi,

I am trying to setup some Finance Fiori apps on S/4HANA 1610. With reference to the Fiori App Library, I have setup Display Supplier Balance and Post General Journal Entries. When I click on the app tiles, it is just hourglass. Browser console shows a plugin creation error. Can someone help?
