Business partner for user XXXX is missing or contains errors

Hi,

I am working on SRM 5.0 bidding process.

While creating bid invitation User is getting an error "Error while creating the bid invitation; Transaction was terminated". I checked consistency of this user where it shows error "Business partner for user XXXX is missing or contains errors". Hence I checked BP relationship & found error "Person - Address combination does not exist".

so provide resolution for the same.
