SM30_SSM_VAR Tcode

I have created a project in our Solution Manager server for our current SRM5.0 installation project. I am trying to get the listed tcodes under the Business scenarios folder set up in SM30_SSM_VAR. I have created a variable with our base URL link in it but it appears that you have to then use this variable along with the full path for the tcode with the project itself. Is this correct? Is there not a quicker way to do this?

One more question guys.

How can I specify a tcode within the URL? I can specify the bbpstart page URL, but this only goes to the sign in screen. Then you have to actually select the Shop option. I would liek when the user clicks the tcode from Solution Manager, for it to actually take them to it in the URL page.
