hi experts

is it possible to define same org.unit(ex., India) for two scenarios(sales and service)., in org management if yes how?

Hi Vinay,

It is possible to define same org unit for both sales and service structures. We have Sales Org, Sales Office and Sales Group as Org Units in Sales and Service Org and Service Team as Org Units in Service.

Go to T.Code: PPOMA_CRM. Double click on the Org Unit. Go to 'Function' tab in the lower part of the screen and select the radio button (either Sales or Service) and select the check boxes as per your extension requirement. Hope this helps.
