Accessing CDS views from Lumira Desktop.

Hello,

I am new to S/4HANA, I am trying to connect to my S4 System from Lumira by selecting option Download from sap bw

after selecting my system

1. the views we r seeing under info area were standard CDS views????

2. if i select any of those views, i am getting error, or its displaying empty.
How to access those views? any procedure we need to follow to access those views??


please help.

Hello, i am not able to connect from SAP LUMIRA to s/4 HANA Application server. Please let me know how to connect.

Currently there are no plans to provide direct access to CDS views from Lumira, it is suggested by our developers that you can connect to S4 via transient BEX queries. They also suggest that you should be able to make use of oData to connect to CDS views, but there coudl be soem restrictions on authorizations.
