ISA-B2C: Specific products for BP in Webshop

Hi,

We are on CRM 4.0.

Requirement is to display specific products meant for BPs. How can I achieve this?

To elaborate a little, BP 1111 once log in to webshop should see Products A, B and C only. Where as BP 2222 should see D,E and F.

Since there are more than 300 Products and each product has atleast 80 variants, how can this be made specific to user who is logging to the webshop in B2C.

thanks

    Hi Yash,

Your scenario is supported in ISA-B2B Webshop. In B2B you can create a catalog views and assign a customer or customer group to products. But in B2C business partners are created of type 'consumers' but not as 'customers' and I do not think you can create a catalog views in B2C for a consumer. May be you will have to go for some custom development in ISA to meet your requirement in B2C.

    Thanks.

      Hi CRM_1,

      Thanks for the thoughts.

      And have awarded points too.

You are correct and to achieve this, I am thinking on working through a custom program, provided, I know as to where the shopping baskets are saved in CRM.

      We are on CRM 4.0.

I would really appreciate if you can help me with this.

Secondly, I havent seen the B2B screens so far, but have a doubt if the B2B screen has the Sales order and not the PO. Since, we need Sales Order for the consumers, request you to throw some light on this too.

And I promise to award points again.

      thanks

      Yash

In B2C Scenario, you would like to see personalized recommendations, then do the following

Create profiles in CRM from the attribute set, assign the profiles to a TOP N List segment tab and assgin the desired products in product tab.

In XCM configuration of shop in marketing tab check -Personalized product recommendation and assign the attribute set to be displayed in B2C shop in characteristic grop field.

By this, as soon as B2C registered customer enters into the shop, from his characteristic group profile will be determined which is linked to TOP N List, from this suitable products assigned to profile will be displayed.

As a manadatory B2C customer should maintain characteristic group (Attribute values)while registration.

      Hi Sathish,

I looked at the personalized recommendation.

It again takes me to the Target group settings, which again is an issue for us since, every BP has a specialised product which is to be proposed.

I am unable to think as to how can I differentiate each BP (Ofcourse, I cannot create target groups specific to each BP, I mean, number of target groups = to number of BPs).

      Any inputs?

      thanks
