Porblems in Connecting E-recruitment as Recruit

Hi,

1. I have generated the URL in Erecruitment

2.I am trying to logon as Recruiter with SAP user and Password.The system is giving error " Internal error occred " try again.

3.I think i missed some configuration

Hello Uday,

I think you will have created the URL via the RCF_GENERATE_URLS report.

The standard problem when you get the internal error message when you logon to the system the first time is that you did not create an candidate for yourself before. Without candidate you cannot work in the SAP e-recruiting. You can check this in transaction SLG1. It should show an error "User <username> is no candidate assigned" - or something similar.

On an standalone installation run RCF_CREATE_USER in SE38 and supply all fields to get an candidate and try again. On an installation with ECC you can try the same report but it might not work well as the integrated installation uses another way of user creation which need a lot of configuration - but you can try it.
