Administration guides are too large, you can download them from lot of different resource. Search in Google for "Administration Made Easy" guides, you would be able to find for 4.6B or C version there is not much change in SAP's admin area than back end architecture. For Architecture you need to read up different documents from service.sap.com

There are a good selection of published materials available on ebay.

I've spent about £15 and got:

SAP Netweaver For dummies

Offical SAP R/3 Performance Optimization

Implementing SAP R/3 using Microsoft Cluster Server

SAP-Press offer some good guides: http://www.sap-press.com/

A little bit pricey, but I would say certain volumes are value for money...

If you are starting out in Basis, I would recommend completing the SAP ADM100 and ADM200 courses.
