Regarding Knowledge Management

I didnt find the option called Content Management -> User Interface in System Administration -> System Cofnfiguration -> Knowledge Management -> Configuration..

Please help me out to get the above option.

hi Dhana,

Check the version of KMC under system administration -> support -> version. It is found under SP14. May be you need to upgrade the KMC patch.

This is the version of my Portal.

Area Version

J2EE Engine 6.40 PatchLevel 102141.313

Portal 6.0.16.0.0

KMC 6.0.16.0.0 (NW04 SPS16)

Do I need to upgrade it?

Hi Dhanalakshmi,

U mean to say its not getting displayed in your portal page.....

If so,Check Whether That missing roles are assign to ur user id........

The required roles are assigned to my user id.
