NPS Calculation on Basic Pay Arrears

Hi,

We have configured NPS as required and maintained NPS for employees in IT0587. Payroll is going for a retro in the month of February. The system brings in the Basic Pay and DA arrears. These arrears are also present in the RT. But system is calculating NPS on the current month Basic Pay and DA. /143 and /144 contain the sum of Basic Pay and DA current month.

We require NPS to be calculated on current + arrear of Basic and DA.

X023 forms /143 and /144 even before arrear WTs are introduced in the IT. IN44 transfers arrears of Basic and DA directly to RT without adding them to /143 and /144.

Please help with some solution.

Hi Akshath,

Check Cumulation class 11, 43 & 44 of Basic & DA arrears wage type. That will add those wage types amount EPF & NPS basis.
