Hi.
I had a similar problem with JDK 1.4.2_11 installed. After a clean install of JDK 1.4.2_12, I still got the same/similar error.
In the end what worked for me was that I stopped at the point of getting the error, logged off my account, logged in as the <SID>adm and restarted and continued the install. Worked then.
Hope this helps you.

Reenal

Hi,
Have you tried a retry of the installation and please make
sure the your database is not full.
Also, are there any errors in the log files specified:
import_monitor.java.log and import_monitor.log
Please refer Note 716604 for the JDK settings. A higher
SDK is recommended than the one you are using.
Regards
Srikishan
