Can someone tell me where I can download the libdbjdbc12.so.1 file required for the JDBC SQL Anywhere client for Linux? I found that I could download the Linux JDBC client from https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SQLANY/SAP+SQL+Anywhere+Database+Client+Download but it is missing one of the libraries, libdbjdbc12.so.1.

Our SQL Anywhere database instance runs on Windows so my DBA could not provide me the Linux version of the client directly.

Required library files per documentation:

Platform Required files Linux, Solaris, HP-UX libdbjdbc12.so.1 - this file is missing from the client I downloaded

libdbtasks12_r.so.1

libdbicu12_r.so.1

libdbicudt12.so.1

dblg[LL]12.res

Hi Michael,

I looked for this file, but I was not able to find it.

I registered this problem to Incident. I will report that result to you.

Thanks,
Atsushi

Would you have appropriate Linux version 12 client license?

Hi,

Did you install this? As a result, were you not able to find this file(libdbjdbc12.so.1)?
When you have not yet installed it, you must try this installation.

Thanks,
Atsushi
