Hi Riyaz,

as I see from your Business Card everything should work good. The Points are added to the Domain Name of the E-Mail Address. If the problem persists you should contact the SDN Support team at SDN@sap.com.

Hi Gregor,

Does it pick up the Domain Name of the primary or the alternate E-Mail Address ?

What about the Company / Company URL

How you are connected to a company is based on your primary email address specifically what is after the @

So if you are in the us and you have an email address of john@usa.abc.com then "usa.abc.com" would be seen as the company and your points and everyone else's using that domain would be added together.

So in this case it would be better if "John" used "john@abc.com" and everyone else in his company did the same thus eliminating the multiple divisions of abc.com

Hi Craig,

So although I have maintained my company email as my alternate E-Mail Address and also maintained the details of the Company / Company URL , my points just dont add up to my company as I perfer to have my personal email as my primary email ?

Also what happens if one switches companies?

Why dont we put this up on the "Contributor Recognition Program FAQ"

That is correct, if you change your company and thus your primary email address to refelect the new company then within 24 hours that change would show on the company list.

As for the FAQ, to date we've done little with the company listing - but you are right and I'll get it added.

LOL. AOL is getting credit for my contributions!

AOL uses SAP but I do not work for AOL! (I am an independent consultant).

Hi Ramki,

I suggest that you go to get your own domain which looks mutch more professional and then you count only for yourself.
