internal error message 0x2101

Hi ,

I am on EP 6 and ITS 6.20.

I created a project in NDS with an html code having a script written to direct to an ITS login

screen form the html page.I made an iview out of it and attached it to a role.

I also have SSO implemented on the two systems from which the data comes.

I have also given the following parameteres in these systems to enable the SSO : Set the

profile parameter login/password_change_for_SSO to 2.Finally I restarted the r/3 server.

Now on the portal side, when I login with my user and click on the link which points to the above created iview

am getting the following error:

Fatal Error!

The ITS failed to handle this request

The HTMLBusiness interpreter failed to interpret the template.

The internal error message is:

0x2101: Interpreter: The specified input file does not exist.</b>

Please help.

Login to the ITS admin and check the log files....amongst them you can locate the log file file which says some file is missing. You can get it from the ITS installation folder or from Production server where there is no such problem.
