Hi,
We are having issue where SARA report is not updating inventory all relevant CAS numbers. It is updating inventory for some CAS numbers and skipping some CAS numbers within the same Plant
Current Data set up and configuration seems fine.
- SARA
Classification at Pure substance level
- CAS number defined as identifier
- Pure substance assigned to Real in composition
- Material assigned to Real specification
- Material is environmentally relevant
- All configuration and Environment parameters are correct as are using SARA reporting for last many years
We checked the data and did not find any difference between working and non working.
Please advise what else can cause this discrepancy.
