Excel Upload of Physical Inventory Count

Hi Guys,

I need to develop an interface to enable the physical count to be uploaded into the SAP System.

The excel looks like :

PhysInvDoc Item Material Plnt SLoc BUn S Qty

100001090 001 100-100 S0FA 0001 PC O 0.000

100001090 002 100-110 S0FA 0001 PC 0.000

The interface should also perform variance calculation.

Do i need to use transaction MI04 for doing so?

How do i really proceed on this one?
