LAN connecting

Hi

When I have started POrtal I see in network monitor that he is connecting with background all the time. I have made many corrections from Paper " How to optimize network traffic in EP6.0" and from "How to...", but problem of these connection still exists.

Has anybody idea what else I can do?

I see that www.sdn.sap.com is stateless. I think at my Eportal is problem with Colaboration, but I don't know. I haven't any idea's

You are correct about collaboration. As standard, if you have collaboration turned on, then every 3 seconds the client sends a message to the server to say taht you are online (for instant messaging etc).

tells you how to turn it on (basically set Enable Real-Time Collaboration to yes). If you set it to no then it will stop, but you will no longer be able to use the instant messaging service.

What types of HTTP request (and to which URL) is the client sending ?

In general HTTP is very stateless, so there shouldn't be constant traffic between client and server.
