We have recently upgraded our ECC system to 7.5 SP4. Following this the email notifications for the correspondenses in training are not working.
We book a person for a course in PSV1 and the output status is displayed as "Error during output" for the medium "internet mail". I checked IT0105 and it has SMTP and the SU01 user is set up with an internet mail.
This started as an intermittent issue for a couple of users however it has now escalated and is now an issue for all users in our production system. The issue can not be rectified in our other systems (QA etc.) and all other components in production appear to be working okay.
Does anyone have any advice?
