Hello all,
when deploying a webdynpro application im getting the following error.
Aborted: development component Test'/'local'/'LOKAL'/'0.2006.06.05.09.26.17':
Caught exception while checking the login credentials for SAP J2EE Engine. Check whether the SAP J2EE Engine is up and running.
com.sap.engine.deploy.manager.DeployManagerException: ERROR: Cannot connect to Host: [XXXX] with user name: [J2EE_ADMIN] Check your login information. Exception is: com.sap.engine.services.jndi.persistent.exceptions.NamingException: Exception while trying to get InitialContext. [Root exception is com.sap.engine.services.security.exceptions.BaseLoginException: Cannot create new RemoteLoginContext instance.]
(message ID: com.sap.sdm.serverext.servertype.inqmy.extern.EngineApplOnlineDeployerImpl.checkLoginCredentials.DMEXC)
- The J2EE-Engine is running
- The user J2EE_ADMIN does exists and has admin rights
- SDM pwd is provided correct
Its all pretty strange as the deploying worked earlier without a problem. But now i get this error and i havent changed anything at the server.
Any idea what could be the problem?
regards,
Markus
Hi Markus,
Just check if the application that you are trying to deploy is started from the Visual Admin. If it is stopped, try starting it manually.
Also were there any SP upgrades that you had done?
