SFTP to FTP - Dynamic file Name not working - No ESR

Hi PI Gurus,

Need your help guys.

I am working on pass through scenario without ESR (SFTP(Sender) to FTP(receiver)).

Issue i am facing here is:

ASMA parameter for generating file name dynamically is not working and throwing error as

(Adapter Message Property FileName was configured as mandatory element, but was not supplied in the XI Message header).

Please Note below:

1. Checked ASMA parameters in both sender and receiver channels.

2. Tried with below namespaces in ASMA parameters in SFTP channel but no luck.

http://sap.com/xi/XI/System/File

http://sap.com/xi/XI/System/SFTP

http://sap.com/xi/XI/SFTP

http://sap.com/xi/XI/SFTP/SFTP

Please help me in resolving this issue.

Hi Shakti,

Did you tried to enable both sender and receiver channels ASMA variables and tested it.

File name scheme in SFTP sender: .* and FTP receiver is *

ASMA is checked.

Not sure why it is not working 😞

I hope you are using SAP SFTP Adapter and not SEEBURGER SFTP.

http://sap.com/xi/XI/System/File should be fine at the Sender SFTP.
