Inspection Type 10 in QM

Dear Gurus,

I have maintained inspection type 10 in material master for a X material.

Now after creating delivery, system is giving error at the time of PGI - Status of inspection lot 100000000000 / partial lot 000000 does not allow good issue.

Now, I am not able to do usage decision / release lot from quality. Stock is not posted to Quality Inspection and it is not my requirement also.

Please tell me the procedure for quality inspection in SD / Delivery. How can I complete this delivery after releasing the lot from Inspection.
