Hello,
we need to report on 250 key figures at the same time. I now there is a limitation in the cube of 233 KF, any ideas to solve this problem? What about using an ODS for the reporting, are there any performance issues or do you have experiences with this amount of KF in one infoprovider?
Many thx
René
250 KF at the same time? probably you will have problem in Excel reporting because it has a limitation of 250 columns, i think. Maybe some of the can be calculated a formula. Are the 250 KF always filled in? maybe you had to think in a account model based cube.

I think you should reaccess your data model and see if the no of key figures can be reduced. 233 is the max allowed by SAP. You can partyly solve this problem by creating 2 cubes with the same characteristics and splitting the key figures. This solution will work only when you have mutually exclusive key figures requirement in the report.
Also you can use the Restricted key figures and calculated key figures in the reports thereby reducin the actual key figures in the cube to be within the limit.
Hope this helps.
