RFC connection-Groupware integration

Hi forum,

SAP CRM 4.0 - Mapbox installed in linux

Exchange Server 2003 - Groupware connector in Win2k3

we r using above config for groupware integration with CRM and unable to make RFC connection bet CRM n Exchange server.Have any of u hv faced such kind of prob and please help sorting this prob.
