CITI Bank Encrypted API consume from SAP

Dear Expert,

We want to consume BANK API , but BANK API is protected (Signing, Encrypted), I want to know how we can use SSF for consuming Encrypted API in SAP.

Like, Before sending request to bank API, it should singed and encrypted with Certificate and Bank portal will use certificate to decrypt and send data back to SAP in encrypted format, then SAP use BANK certificate to decrypt the data.
