Hi Friends,
I am a new entry to the SDN group .
I have a requirement :
Need to send the Scheduling Agreement as a pdf email . Already for standard PO an output type is set .
If i want to send an email of Sceduling agreement then what are the steps involved ? How can I specify that if the PO is of type SA then only send the mail to say X vendor .
Would appreciate if anyone can help me in clearing this concept and steps to do the same .
Thank you all .

Hi Tamanna,
Welcome to SDN group.
In order to send an email with pdf file we need to copy respective sap script form and code the same by converting OTF to pdf format and attaching the same as mail attached and sending to respective vendor in print program for PO type.

For the standard PO , with the help of output type 'external mail ' they are already sending the PDF mail (PO) to the vendors. So, Is it still necessary to code or we can create an output type and consitions to trigger the mail to the vendor?????

We should be able to do this with the settings in the NACE transaction, only difference will be the document type. However, I am not sure if there is a standard script / SMART Form for scheduling agreement. If NOT then you will have to create one and do the reuqired settings in NACE transaction.

Tamanna,
Transace NACE ......
Select Application (EL) from the list which pertains to the Scheduling agreement, then select the OUTPUT types button from the toolbar. Now, you will see a list of OUTPUT types, select the one that you have configured. Now, click on the processing routines ...here you will be able to specify the program name and SMART Form name which needs to be triggered for the scheduling agreement.

Ravi
