Does it contain EP or is EP different ..?

Its same right? I can see the portal...

whats diff between 2004 and 2004s?

For webflow there is a PDF in the doc folder of installation .It ask to add SAP CAF GP role to execute...

Help on this is

But there is no such role called com.sap.caf.eu.gp.roles.runtime

which can be added .Any idea ?

Hi George,

Sneak Preview comes in different flavours, if you are talking about Full Java Edition then it contains EP.

Also, regarding, com.sap.caf.eu.gp.roles.runtime role, login through Administrator and then can you see Guided Procedures tab on the top ? this is because of mentioned role.

Anyways, goto User Management-->Identity Management, you will get search screen and then select role from drop down and search for com.sap.caf.eu.gp.roles.runtime. You will get

"pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/platform_add_ons/com.sap.caf.eu.gp.folders.gp/com.sap.caf.eu.gp.roles.runtime"

Once checked, you can assign this role to the userid you want.

For Java alone there is 2004 and 2004s.Any idea abt it?

are you speaking about ABAP stack or Java stack.

If ABAP stack then 2004s contain rich functionality like the new colored editor,Webdynpro for ABAP,New enhancement framework etc..

If you speak about Java stack then you have the New developer studio with rich functionality and improvements to Portal and BI Java..
