IDOCs segments

Hi colleagues,

I have tho user's who both created PO's to which further the IDOC's have been generated.
But for the first user Segment E1EDK35 CON have content such as (CUSADD, CUSADD_BEZ), while for the other user there are no entries for this segment.
Could someone explain the logic, and what may the reasons of such problem?
It would be much appreciate if it will be show to me where to find and what to do to eleminate this situation.
