Hi all

We noticed Last Purchase Price of item is calculated based on most recent exchange rate of foreign currency instead of historical exchange rate at time of purchase.

Is this a system limitation?

Hi Kedalene,

The Last Purchase Price is exactly that, the most recent price an item was purchased for. As such at any given moment it will be calculated by the exchange rate at the moment the item was most recently purchased.

Regards,

Johan

Hi John

If the actual purchase price paid was USD100 x 1.5 on 1 Feb 2017, the Last Purchase Price becomes USD x 1.2 based on today's rate.

Hi all

Sorry for the confusion. I am referring to the Last Purchase Price as shown in Sales Invoice Gross Profit analysis displayed in local currency.
