Dear gurus,
Do you know a way in which the variable values from one query could be passed to another query?
For example, In Query1, I have a variable on 0calday (which is a filter). I would like to use the calday entered in query1 as a query key date in Query2.
regards.
Try to use the 'variable' in 'type' for RRI field assignments.
- Make a note of the technical name of your variable in your original/sender report that you will jump from. For instance, ZDATSEL.
- RSBBS
- Your query for sender
- Highlight your target query (I assume you have set it up so far)
- Click field assignment
- Set all infoobject to 'delete' (unless you need other filters for other infoobjects)
- For 0CALDAY use set 'variable' for 'type'. In 'field name' enter ZDATSEL.
- Test your jump.
Hope this help,
Regards,
Petter

Actually, I am not jumping from Query1 to Query2. But Query1 is feeding Query2 via replacement path variabales for some other characteristics.
Thanks.

If you are jumping from Query 1 to Query 2 you can use the Report to Report Interface via transaction RSBBS to pass values.
