Crystal Reports - how to auto adjust the width and height of both report and subreport.

Hello,

I have a main report and a subreport integrated inside. Both in my main and subreport there are few tables, the number of Rows and Columns in the table changes dynamically depending on the User input. If more than 3 parameters are selected, the table is cropped. How to change the width of the report dynamically?

And also how to adjust the width of Crosstab dynamically?

    Hi Kayalvizhi,

You cannot control the size of the page dynamically.

Page size is set at the time of report creation. You can only control margins.

Crosstab width depends on the width of the fields in the crosstab - that unfortunately, is also fixed and can only be manually increased or decreased.

    27-feb.jpgThank you for that information.

For crosstab - in place of three input (3 Rows & 3 Columns), if the User selects more than 3 then the remaining columns are not displayed as shown in the attachment.( you can see the parameters selected by User on the left side and the report with only 3 columns on right side even though there are data under that condition)

How to overcome this width issue?

Try increasing the size of the Page (File > Page Setup).
