Load still waiting - urgent

Hi Gurus,

master data load was stuck in BW after being in active for almost 30+ min. Usually this takes less than 10 mnts to complete. We have cancelled the SAP job and changed the monitor status to RED and then rerun the step.After rerunning this job, it took almost 20 mnts to complete.

in monitor there was yelow in status.

It seems that the volume of data is high so the masterdata load is taking long time..

1) In the detils tab you can check if any Idoc is Stuck(yellow). If your are loading the data from R/3 check that the extraction is finished (in SM37) ..if it is completed ..Manual update the Idoc..

There may be several reasons why the load is stuck .

1) Background process not available.

2) RFC connection issue with the source system..

3) Large amount of data..

have records got written to the PSA?

what is setting in infopackage..'psa and data targets in series'?

total succesfull records are 144489 (3 datapackets)

only one DP of 50k made it to PSA.

setting in infopackage is 'psa and data targets in series'

Hi,

Since this is month starting probably R/3 is loaded with Reports so that is delaying the Loads.

Check with your basis.

I am bit confused..

how can it be that 3 data packets are successful and only 1 packet came to PSA..

u either mean that..

A.)4 packets came to PSA.3 went to target successfully.One didnt go to target.

B.)3 packets came to PSA.But only one got updated to the target.

Please clarify...

sorry to confuse .

1) First request which got failed :

50k records went to PSA. the messeges refer to the failed request.

2) success request : has total records of 144489 and which has 3 DP.

The success request was rescheduled again then it got sucess after 20 min. but it usually gets completed in 10 min.
