Do not get the StackTrace Description when Runtime error occurs.

Hi ,

When I execute a Webdynpro application if any Run time error occurs, i do not get the StackTrace Description bu t just one message " Error occured - Please contact contact your system administrator.

How to enable the option to get the StackTrace Description when any Run Time Error Occurs ?

Hi aditya,

In case, if you only want error message with expanded

stack trace u can use Visual Administrator tool to configure the Web Dynpro runtime.

1. Open the Visual Administrator

2. Navigate to directory Server -> Services -> Configuration Adapter ->

webdynpro -> sap.com -> tc_wddispwda.

3. Choose the file PropertySheetdefault.

4. Set paramerter "DevelopmentMode" to true.

This will show the entire stack trace.
