HANA Cokcpit: Deleted database group tile still visible

Hello all,

We've recently removed some database groups from our HANA Cockpit (2.16.6), but the tiles for these groups are still visible on the lauchpad. When selecting one of the deleted groups, the error "Unexpected error during page load" is thrown, with underlying error "Could not locate source entity for navigation (bad key)" (in the developer F12 view). So, on access the Cockpit sees that the group is no longer available, but we'd expected the group tile to disappear from the Launchpad. Anybody seen this behavior and found a solution for this?
