SAP Integration Suite BTP Tutorial, cannot complete due to endpoint issue.

I am trying to complete the Integration Suite tutorial and I am running into an issue where I see no endpoints.

Here are my settings. I have tried using a '092623' in place of '041723' to make the endpoint unique as well, with the same outcome.

Per the tutorial, the outcome should have an endpoint similar to:

https://int-cust-demo-store-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxt.cfapps.eu10-003.hana.ondemand.com/cxf/send/message/DelayedDelivery_Process/061122

Please assist. I am using a BTP Trial account as well.
