SEN - Migrate from on-prem to cloud - license implications

Hi,

Hoping for a succinct answer before engaging with our SAP account representative.

We have a licensed SEN On-prem solution and are wondering if on-prem licenses could be converted/uplifted to move to SAAS SEN Cloud?

Would we have to buy new licenses or can the existing be converted (if possible) mid-term?
