Can you help me with this issue please. This is the situation: In staging environment, client has copied an LTI plan from previous year (effective 02/28/2025) to new year (effective 02/28/2026). Previous plan is working like sunshine in staging. Nothing about the plan has changed as far as I an aware. All worksheets are launched. System is EC integrated. All other templates (STI, merit) are launching all forms.
New plan: Variable Pay history file runs as expected, there are business goals, business plans and goal weights. Bonus calculation runs without fail. Accorrding to 'Define planners' there are no breaks in hierarchy. Eligibility rules are unchanged. When I launch from top of hierarchy, the job fails and only 12 forms are launched (expected: 65). Further investigation showed that all forms can be launched (I tried each individually) except for 2 managers. I think this is blocking the rest of the worksheets.
I copied the xml to development instance. There all forms are launched as expected.
I am suspecting there is something wrong with the two Compensation planners for whom the launch fails. But I cannot see what is wrong. Job details from Provisioning suggest this, but I cannot understand what it says.
Can you suggest what to investigate?
