Hierarchy with link node cannot be used

Hi,

In my planning level I try to put a selection on 0MATERIAL via a hierarchy that is defined on 0MATERIAL.

This hierarchy is derived from a material classification in R/3.

When I want to select the hierarchy in my planning level, I get the message: Hierarchy with link nodes cannot be used.

What is wrong here?

Hi Eric,

the hierarchy basically contains some nodes several times. Once as the "original node" and once or several times as links to the original node. This obviously can't work in BPS since the system can't determine in which node the data should really be entered. Also these hierarchies do not aggregate the detailed nodes.
