Status table for incidents in Solman ITSM

Hello Everyone,

We are currently working on creating a personalized report for a client within Solman for IT Service Management (ITSM). The specific request is to provide the customer with visibility into the current status of their tickets. This entails displaying the ticket number, description, creator, creation date, and its current status, which could be categorized as closed, open, or in progress. While we have successfully retrieved all the necessary information from the CRMD_ORDERADM_H table, we have encountered a challenge in extracting the ticket statuses. Could someone kindly offer guidance on how to retrieve this data within Solution Manager? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
