Error "unable to access sbo-common database" for DTW after upgrading to 9.2 PL4

Dear Friends,

After upgrading my server from 9.2 PL 0 to 9.2 PL 4 i am facing this issue.

SAP client is working properly on server and all other client machines.

But when we try to open DTW on server system showing this error.

Is there any solution to resolve this issue?

yes I have restated server after replacing that file.

Hi,

Please try below solution,

• This error can occur on new SAP Business One Client installs or Upgrades.This mainly occurs becuase b1-local-machine.xml file does not have correct information.In order to solve it:
  • Copy the file b1-local-machine.xml from C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\Conf\ to C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One DI API\Conf\b1-local-machine.xml overwriting the existing file and attempt to connect DTW again

Dear Nagarajan,

Thanks for replay.

I have tried this solution, but issue remains same.

Still system is showing same error when I am trying to use DTW.
