Technical monitoring false alerts on System availablilty

Hi,

I have been getting false alerts in the technical monitoring on system availability during a particular time as below. But the system is up and available.

1) Cannot connect to service sapstartsrv

2) RFC Ping failed

3) [RC=600] URL http://hostname:8083 /sap/public/ping called unsuccessfully

How to disable these alerts and time wise.

I would appreciate your inputs..

Also check if below parameters are present in Satellite system connecting solution manager

service/protectedwebmethods = DEFAULT

service/admin_users=<diaguser>

where <diaguser> is the user under which you are running your diagnostics agent. Usually this is smdadm/daaadm/diaadm. Then restart your sapstartsrv.
