Hana Cloud trial not connecting

Hello

I tried to connect again to the HANA Cloud trial instance and I'm getting the below error.

Parameter resolution failed: Platform error "Setting XS_APPLICATIONUSER failed" has occurred. Please report this to SAP Support."

Please help providing some hints to correct this problem
