Build Apps - S/4HANA Onprem&cloud BTP destination is not working suddenly

Hi,

I have been stuck this issue for a month, really want to fix this problem.

When I connected this BTP destination 2months ago, It worked well. I don't know what is the reason.

S/4HANA Onprem information-

URL:http://s4hana:3800/sap/opu/odata/sap/API_SALES_ORDER_SRV

*I tried to remove and remade this destination1week ago, It worked suddenly but still doesn't work now

S/4HANA Cloud information -

URL:https://saphana1.demo21.co.kr:44387/sap/opu/odata/sap/API_SALES_ORDER_SRV/A_SalesOrder

May I ask for solution?
