Cannot record simulation: Record Application button greyed out

Hi,

I am not able to record any simulation on Producer (Cloud version). I am able to edit the projects and update/push objects to server. However, every time I create a new project, the Record Application button is greyed out. I had a multi-monitor setup. I disconnected the 2nd screen and restarted my computer hoping this will fix the issue but the button is still greyed out.

Please let me know what could be the reason and how do I fix fix it.
