Control Framework : Error processing control in script

I have a requirement to copy a standard form INSP_INSTRUCTION to a custom form. This form is configured in CQ85 for the inspection instruction.

Now , when I try to execute the form thorugh QA02 then a short dump comes which tells me the below:

Control Framework : Error processing control, details are given below. It says the sap gui is outdated .

Please let us know who can help to update this. Also please note, I manually (without copying from standard) have tried creating a form and configured in CQ85, but still the error remains.

I also tried the suggestion from the dump to put the flush ON ( From the System -> Utilities menu, choose Autom. Queue,

Synchronous Processing.) but still it didn’t work.

Your help on this is appreciated.
